Novel LiDAR View Synthesis

Synthesize a novel frame of LiDAR point clouds with an arbitrary LiDAR sensor pose from given source point clouds and their LiDAR sensor poses. For dynamic scenes, it also includes different spatial and temporal view synthesis.
